• Develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and investor relations.
• Manage and optimize the company's capital structure and cash flow.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure financial discipline and accuracy.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and legal requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance profitability, efficiency, and shareholder value.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• An MBA and/or a professional accounting designation (e.g., CA(SA), CPA) is essential.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in finance, with a significant portion in senior financial management roles, preferably within the

• Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, driving growth, and managing complex financial operations.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and corporate finance.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in M&A, capital raising, and investor relations.
• Knowledge of South African financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
