About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Esthetician & Skincare Specialist to join their reputable spa in Benoni , offering a hybrid work arrangement. This role involves providing advanced facial treatments, skin analysis, and personalized skincare consultations, blending in-person services with potential for remote client support. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining the spa's high standards of care.

• Perform comprehensive skin analysis and diagnose various skin conditions.
• Administer a range of advanced facial treatments, peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Recommend and apply tailored skincare products and regimens for clients.
• Educate clients on effective home skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction and results.

• Professional Esthetician certification and relevant licenses.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Esthetician, with specialization in advanced treatments.
• Deep knowledge of dermatology, skincare ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both on-site in Benoni and potentially remotely for consultations.
