- Conduct detailed skin assessments using diagnostic tools and client history to identify specific concerns.
- Perform advanced treatments such as chemical peels, micro-needling, laser therapies, and sophisticated facial techniques.
- Develop and implement customized, long-term skincare plans for clients to achieve optimal results.
- Educate clients on advanced skincare ingredients, treatment protocols, and complementary at-home care regimes.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, research, and trends in medical aesthetics and dermatology.
- A valid certification as an Advanced Skincare Therapist or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience with a variety of advanced aesthetic procedures and equipment.
- Strong understanding of skin biology, dermatology, and the effects of treatments.
- Excellent client management skills, including consultation, rapport-building, and retention strategies.
