About the Role
Our client, a premier hair salon situated in the bustling area of Vereeniging , is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Hair Stylist to join their established team. This position requires a passion for hairstyling, an eye for detail, and the ability to provide exceptional client service. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of hair services, from cutting and coloring to styling and treatments, while also mentoring junior members of the team.
You will play a key role in maintaining the salon's reputation for excellence and innovation within Gauteng .
- Perform expert hair cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling services for diverse clientele.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Provide specialized hair treatments, such as deep conditioning and keratin smoothing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest hair trends, techniques, and product advancements.
- Mentor and guide junior stylists, sharing expertise and fostering their professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist .
- Proficiency in a wide range of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client focus.
- A creative flair and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant hairdressing qualifications and certifications.
