About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brow Sculptor & Tinting Specialist to join their dedicated brow bar in Benoni. This role is for an artist with a passion for creating perfectly shaped and defined brows tailored to individual facial features. You will be proficient in various shaping techniques such as waxing, threading, and tweezing, as well as expert tinting and henna applications.

You will provide personalized consultations, build client loyalty through exceptional service, and contribute to maintaining the studio's reputation for precision and artistry in brow enhancement.

• Perform expert brow shaping using waxing, threading, tweezing, and trimming techniques.
• Apply tints and henna with precision to achieve desired brow color and definition.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand preferences and recommend the best brow solutions.
• Educate clients on brow care and maintenance routines to prolong results.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards in your treatment space and sanitize all tools.
• Stay updated on the latest brow trends and techniques to offer innovative services.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brow Specialist or Waxing Technician specializing in brows.
• Proficiency in multiple brow shaping methods (waxing, threading, tweezing).
• Experience with brow tinting and henna application techniques.
• A strong understanding of facial structure and how it relates to brow design.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
