Our client is seeking a meticulous and artistic Senior Eyelash Extension Specialist & Brow Technician to join their boutique beauty studio in Nelspruit . This role requires exceptional skill in creating beautiful, natural-looking eyelash extensions and perfecting brow artistry, including shaping, tinting, and microblading. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, consulting with clients, and maintaining a pristine work environment.

• Apply and design various styles of eyelash extensions (e.g., classic, volume, hybrid) with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform professional brow services, including shaping (waxing/threading), tinting, lamination, and microblading.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess lash and brow needs, discuss desired outcomes, and ensure client comfort.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all aspects of work, adhering to industry best practices.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure the longevity and health of their lashes and brows.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash and brow artistry through continuous learning and remote research.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Eyelash Extension Specialist and Brow Technician.
• Proven expertise in various lash extension techniques and a strong portfolio of brow artistry, including microblading experience.
• Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles related to lash and brow design.
• Strong client consultation skills and the ability to build and maintain client loyalty.
• Proficiency in sanitation protocols and the use of sterile equipment.
