About the Role
Our client, a highly-regarded wellness and beauty center in Nelspruit , is seeking a seasoned and skilled Lead Beautician to manage and execute a wide array of aesthetic treatments. This role requires an individual with extensive knowledge of skincare, advanced facial techniques, and a passion for client well-being. As the Lead Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service, and potentially guiding junior staff members.
The ideal candidate is a professional dedicated to the art of beauty therapy, possessing excellent diagnostic skills and a commitment to ongoing learning within the dynamic beauty industry.
- Perform advanced facial treatments, body wraps, waxing, and other specialized beauty services tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct detailed skin analysis and consultations, recommending personalized treatment plans and home care regimens.
- Maintain meticulous client records, track progress, and ensure follow-up services are scheduled to foster client loyalty.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in all treatment areas and procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty industry trends, technologies, and product advancements, incorporating them into service offerings.
- A professional qualification in Beauty Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6 years of practical experience as a Beautician, with demonstrated expertise in advanced skincare treatments.
- In-depth understanding of skin physiology, common skin conditions, and effective treatment strategies.
- Proficiency in using various beauty equipment and implementing a range of aesthetic techniques.
- Excellent client service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a calm and reassuring demeanor.
