About the Role
Our client, a leading medical spa located in Nelspruit, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Esthetician and Laser Technician. This role requires a professional proficient in a wide range of advanced skincare treatments and certified to operate various laser and energy-based devices. You will be responsible for client assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and performing procedures aimed at improving skin health and appearance.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong clinical background, excellent client care skills, and a commitment to providing safe, effective, and results-driven treatments in a professional medical setting.
- Perform comprehensive skin analysis and client consultations to determine appropriate treatments.
- Operate and manage various laser and light-based devices for treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.
- Administer advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend medical-grade skincare products.
- Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols governing laser and medical spa operations.
- Licensed Esthetician with specific certifications in Laser Technology and advanced aesthetic procedures.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical dermatology setting.
- Proven experience operating multiple types of lasers and energy-based devices.
- Knowledge of dermatological conditions and treatment options.
- Excellent communication, patient management, and technical skills.
- Certification in CPR and basic life support.
