Een zorgorganisatie in Welkom zoekt een Leefondersteuner C/helpende plus die cliënten ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse leven. De rol omvat ADL-taken, sociale activiteiten en het bieden van structuur aan cliënten zodat ze zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis kunnen blijven wonen. Je werkt met een team en hebt de mogelijkheid om persoonlijke ontwikkeling te stimuleren. Flexibiliteit in werktijden is vereist, en je moet een diploma Helpende Zorg en welzijn niveau 2+ hebben.
