Our client is seeking a medical aid administrator for their team in PE.
Our client is seeking a medical aid administrator for their team in PE.
Location: Port Elizabeth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a medical aid administration role
- RE5
- Good understanding of South African medical aid schemes and processes
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
You will be responsible for assisting clients with medical aid queries, processing new business, changes and cancellations, liaising with schemes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Handling client queries and correspondence related to medical aid
- Processing new applications, amendments, and cancellations with various medical aid providers
- Following up on outstanding requirements and tracking submissions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems
- Liaising with internal consultants and external providers
