An exciting new role has just come up at Habit Health in Wellington for a Performance Manager who can easily engage with a region-wide MDT of allied health professionals to ensure best practice business performance and excellent clinical outcomes.
Your clinical background will enable you to speak the same language as your teams so that successful service delivery comes naturally and easily. The ideal candidate must demonstrate people management and engagement skills. Depending on your experience and passions, you will work across either our MSK service or our Occupational Health service across Wellington.
The Performance Manager will work with clinical teams across Wellington, so they must be willing to travel within the region. You will have no clinical caseload. Whilst a clinical candidate who has leadership experience is preferred, we are open to reviewing non-clinical candidates who have worked in the ACC space and understand the needs of those rehabilitation contracts.
Main Responsibilities- Work directly with the Regional Manager to ensure the team meets / exceeds operational targets
- Keep a keen eye on resourcing needs to meet customer and operational targets
- Monitor and deliver on KPIs for the team
- Monitor the diary management of direct reports
- Promote Habit Health as the 'go-to' rehabilitation provider
- Identify opportunities for Clinical and Service Leads to provide education and support to the teams
- Assist with quality, accuracy, file audits and timelines of service

The Ideal Candidate- A clinical background with at least 3 years' experience in the leadership space is preferred - we will accept applications from non-clinical candidates if they have a good understanding of the New Zealand health market, specifically ACC contracts

- A people person, easily approachable and a keen communicator
- Relevant tertiary qualification
