Trauma Orthopaedics at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary have a forward thinking approach to patient centred care.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead our team of dedicated staff in the Trauma Unit.

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced nurses who will embrace this dynamic and challenging role. The applicant will be dedicated to improving and maintaining staff skills and leading the nursing team. They will have involvement with multidisciplinary teams to plan patient pathways.

Interview to be held 11th and 12th March.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro‑ratio. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
