A private psychology practice is seeking a capable and detail‑oriented Registered Psychometrist (HPCSA registered) to join their team. The practice provides therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and families, offering diagnostic assessments, counselling, mindfulness training, and play therapy for children.

You’ll be comfortable administering tests and feedback in both English and Afrikaans.

Administer and interpret a range of psychometric assessments, including emotional and personality evaluations.

• Prepare clear, accurate, and professional reports for clients and referring professionals.
• Provide feedback sessions with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the psychologist and other professionals to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in line with HPCSA guidelines.

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• HPCSA registration as a Psychometrist.
• Proven experience with scholastic, IQ, and emotional psychometric testing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple assessments simultaneously.
• A warm, approachable personality with a genuine interest in supporting clients’ growth and wellbeing.
