As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you’ll be joining an enthusiastic and hardworking team of colleagues that work together to make a positive difference to the lives of their patients. From working in the dispensary to keeping the shelves stocked and ready for customers, there is a wide range of duties for you to be involved in, such as:
Delivering exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations. Ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needsKeeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takesAssisting with sales and general store duties including creating product displays and cash transactions.Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines. This could be through ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, and supporting the collection of prescriptionsDispensing prescription medication and other medical products to patients under the direction of the Pharmacist, providing exemplary standards of patient care at all times.Keyboard Shortcuts
