This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist based in Nelspruit. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing behavior support plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, conducting behavioral assessments, and tracking progress. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with educators, parents, and colleagues to create individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing direct therapy sessions for children to help them achieve educational and developmental goals.

• Experience and knowledge in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with children and communicate effectively with parents and teams
• Background in Psychology and behavior-related interventions
• Experience working with children in a therapeutic or educational setting
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Behavioral therapist certification or relevant license (preferred)
