Where You'll Make an Impact:
Conduct nursing duties in line with quality patient care standards, ensuring compliance with SANC regulations, relevant legislations, and organizational policies.
Maintain all health, safety, and infection control standards to foster a safe environment for patients and staff.
Effectively utilize resources and ensure the proper maintenance of all medical equipment.
Keep accurate records to support patient care and organizational compliance.
Contribute to patient education and build effective relationships with patients, doctors, and medical personnel.
Duties:
Provide specialised theatre nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Adhere to infection prevention protocols and safety standards.
Assist in the preparation and management of surgical suites.
Ensure all documentation related to patient care and surgical procedures is meticulously maintained.
Support the healthcare team in achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Enrolled Nurse qualification with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in Critical Care, Surgical, or Theatre Nursing.
Sound knowledge of SANC regulations and healthcare policies.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the following:
Surgical instrumentation and procedures.
Infection control practices.
