Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor to join its dynamic hotel team. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail‑oriented individual who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent guest service during night shifts.

• A recognised hospitality qualification would be advantageous.
• A neat, professional and personable manner.
• Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking.
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness and availability to work night shifts and hospitality hours.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience with the OPERA property management system would be advantageous.

• Welcome, receive and check in guests.
• Process check‑outs and close departing guests’ accounts.
• Perform night audit procedures and generate required audit reports.
• Complete internal reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Carry out general administrative and front office duties.
• Share knowledge of the Cape Winelands and what it has to offer.
