Join Our Team as Talent & Recruitment Practitioner at KFC Rohloff Group!
Reporting to the Performance & Talent Acquisition Manager, this role supports the recruitment team by sourcing, recruiting and developing for roles within the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) and Above Store Leader space. It’s ideal for someone with an eye for talent, a passion for developing people.
What You’ll Be Cooking Up- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
- Proactively source and headhunt top talent.
- Build talent pipelines and develop screening tools (e.g., questionnaires).
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
- Conduct interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Promote RSC KFC Rohloff as an employer of choice. - Provide training to new starters on performance management and assist the Performance & Talent Acquisition Manager with the full performance management cycle.
- Deliver training on the IDP process post-probation and help drive People development initiatives across the business in alignment with the Performance & Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Assist with the innovation of recruitment and people management processes, including initiatives, policies, SOPs, and new technologies.
- Support Talent Retention Initiatives:
Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyse trends, and report insights to help improve employee engagement and retention.
- Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Proven headhunting and strategic sourcing skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Experience working with recruitment agencies
- Experience in people development (advantageous)
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders daily
