HR and Payroll Manager

WE REQUIRE:

• A qualification in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll administration.
• Good knowledge of South African labour legislation, payroll administration, PAYE, UIF, other employee ta
  x requirements and COIDA
  /Compensation Fund matters.

• Pay Space experience;
• Experience in a professional services firm;
• Strong administrative and organisational skills;
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Process and manage clients' payroll using Pay Space.
• Administer employee tax obligations, including EMP
  201 returns, EMP
  501
  reconciliations and IRP5 certificates.
• Manage UIF and other statutory registrations, amendments and obligations.
• Handle COIDA and Compensation Fund matters for clients.
• Provide payroll advice and support to clients.

• Manage the complete HR function for internal staff.
• Draft employment contracts and administer and maintain employee records.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and termination processes.
• Support management with staff-related matters.
• Handle disciplinary processes, grievances and other labour-relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation.
• Promote positive employee relations and support staff wellbeing.
