• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee inquiries.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Ensure HR files and records are kept up-to-date and confidential.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant HR qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
• Good understanding of HR principles and South African labor law basics.
