About the Role

Our client, a growing enterprise based in Klerksdorp , is looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join their team. • Provide comprehensive HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant South African labour legislation and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in the development and delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
• Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support the implementation of HR projects and strategic HR initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices in South Africa.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
