About the Role

Our client is seeking a capable and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to manage a wide array of HR functions for their operations in Benoni , Gauteng . This role is pivotal in supporting employee lifecycle management, ensuring adherence to policies, and fostering a positive work environment. You will work closely with management and employees, providing essential HR support and contributing to the effective implementation of HR strategies designed to enhance productivity and organizational well-being.

• Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.

• 3-5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR Generalist role.
• Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and South African labour law.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
