Change Management Consultant

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to advise businesses in Vereeniging on navigating organizational transformations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that change initiatives are implemented smoothly and effectively, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee adoption. You will work closely with leadership and teams to understand the human side of change, develop communication strategies, and build support for new processes and systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of human behavior in organizations and a proven ability to facilitate successful change.

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support client initiatives, such as technology implementations or organizational restructuring.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to ensure employee buy-in and understanding.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage employees and gather feedback throughout the change process.
• Assess the impact of change and measure its effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale change management plans.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
