Our client, a highly reputable Recruitment Consultancy based in Benoni , is seeking a specialized Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the technology sector. This role is designed for an individual with a keen understanding of the IT landscape and a passion for connecting tech talent with innovative companies. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with clients in the tech industry, and source specialized candidates.
This hybrid role combines office-based engagement with remote flexibility, allowing for an optimal blend of collaboration and focused work within the Gauteng region.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technology-focused roles, including software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology sector, understanding their specific hiring needs.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including niche job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
- Manage the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends within the IT job market.
- Collaborate with other consultants to share market intelligence and best practices.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a specialization in IT or Technology recruitment.
- Deep understanding of various technology roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
