Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy in Klerksdorp , is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Industrial & Manufacturing sectors within North West. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting skilled professionals for a variety of technical, operational, and managerial roles. This position requires a keen understanding of the manufacturing landscape, strong candidate engagement skills, and a proactive approach to building client relationships.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions in the industrial and manufacturing fields.

- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial brief to successful placement.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the process.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with a focus on Industrial or Manufacturing roles.
- Good understanding of the industrial and manufacturing job market and key roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet challenging deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
