This role requires a proactive and ambitious individual who can identify and penetrate new market segments, build a strong candidate network, and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to clients. - Develop and manage a portfolio of clients within specialized industry sectors .
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for demanding roles, ensuring a high fit for client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates within your niche market.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and business development opportunities.
- Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
- Achieve individual and team placement targets and revenue goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment , with a demonstrable track record in a specialized sector (e.g., IT, Engineering, Finance, Healthcare).
- Strong business development acumen and the ability to identify and secure new client mandates.
- Excellent sourcing skills and the ability to attract hard-to-find talent.
- Proficiency in using recruitment databases and Linked In Recruiter.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
