About the Role

Our client is looking for organized and detail-oriented Graduate HR Administrators to join their Human Resources department in Klerksdorp . This role provides a foundational understanding of HR operations, including recruitment support, employee onboarding, payroll administration, and maintaining employee records. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience. This is a fantastic entry-level position for graduates interested in a career in Human Resources within the North West province.

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs and screening applications.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
• Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
