• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment , with a strong focus on technical or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates with specialized technical skills and qualifications.
• Excellent understanding of the technical job market and industry trends.
• Strong client management and business development capabilities.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and technical sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
