This senior role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at identifying and engaging top-tier executive talent for challenging leadership positions across various industries in Gauteng. You will manage complex search projects, build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and major clients, and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in executive recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments, from defining client needs to candidate placement.
- Identify, assess, and engage with senior-level candidates, including C-suite executives and directors.
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Utilize advanced research and networking techniques to build talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Manage the entire candidate experience, ensuring discretion, professionalism, and transparency.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new executive search opportunities.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant portion dedicated to executive search or senior-level recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in conducting and closing complex search assignments for leadership roles.
- Proven ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expertise in leveraging professional networks, databases, and research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
