About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Graduate HR Assistant to support their Human Resources department in Nelspruit . This role provides a foundational understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support. You will work closely with the HR team, assisting with daily operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits and HR policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
• Help organize company events and training sessions.

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic HR principles and best practices.
