Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Welkom . You will work closely with senior consultants, learning the intricacies of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to client management.

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, particularly recent graduates, for entry-level positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers for client organizations.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
• Support senior consultants in managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Learn and apply best practices in candidate engagement and recruitment marketing.

• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A strong desire to learn and build a career in the recruitment industry .
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting .
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
