About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead their HR function in Benoni . This leadership role is responsible for setting the HR agenda, driving talent management strategies, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and oversee a team of HR professionals.
This is a significant opportunity for an experienced HR leader to make a lasting impact on the organization's culture and performance within the vibrant Gauteng province, working entirely on-site.
- Develop and execute the HR strategy to support the company's growth and objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure legal compliance with all South African labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters.
- Champion organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law, compensation strategies, and talent management best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing HR functions in a complex organizational structure.
