Consultant - Change Management & Organization Development

Our client is seeking a skilled Consultant specializing in Change Management and Organization Development to join their team in Benoni . This role is crucial for supporting clients through periods of significant organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions, employee buy-in, and the successful adoption of new strategies and structures. You will work closely with leadership and employees across various departments in Gauteng to design and implement effective change management programs that minimize disruption and maximize positive outcomes.

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
