General IT support:
1. Setting up new computers in line with company standards.
2. Upgrading of computers.
3. Maintaining computers – cleaning out dust.
- Making sure users have up to date software.
- Checking that users are not abusing their IT access.
4. Troubleshooting and fixing on site computers as well as being able to support remote users with IT related issues.
5. Printer/scanner issues stopping staff from being able to print/scan.
6. Setting up new printers.
7. Carrying out basic maintenance on printers.
8. Being able to reset and set up Ubiquiti Access Points on the Network Controller.
9. Keeping printer toner stocked up.
10. Keeping the equipment register up to date.
11. Setting up Work mobile phones.
12. IT procurement – getting quotes for new laptops/computers, upgrades etc.
13. Setting up mobile LTE routers.
14. Providing over the phone support to remote users.
15. Liaising with ISPs and Vendors to escalate internet issues/application issues.
16. Basic understanding of Networks and network troubleshooting
