We are looking for a full-time Photocopier Field Support Technician to join our team. While the role is based in Durbanville, you will support clients across the Peninsula, West Coast, and Overberg regions.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair multifunction printers and office technology equipment
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks
• Assist with the relocation, delivery, and collection of printers/copiers when required
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times

• Solid technical support and troubleshooting background
• Experience with PC and printer support
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Good understanding of MS365/Office 365
• Experience with Konica Minolta, Lexmark, or Kyocera devices is an advantage
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are essential
