This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technician, located in Cape Town. The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with network setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Log, track, and update support requests through the helpdesk system.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT queries with excellent customer service.
- Support senior IT technicians with projects and system deployments.
