• As a Digital Solutions Specialist, you will develop, implement, and own low‑code solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other digital tools, supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven and digital initiatives aligned to RAF business needs.
• You will analyse business processes to identify and prioritise digitalisation and AI opportunities.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value will be expected of you.
• Driving digital adoption by supporting citizen developers on the Power Platform and providing ongoing solution support and troubleshooting will be high on your agenda.
• Additionally, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of scalable AI and digital solutions, supported by strong business cases and clear roadmaps.
• Lastly, you will collaborate with global and Afrox teams to share best practices, explore emerging technologies, and build internal digital capability through training and workshops.

• You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT & Digitalisation, Internal Linde experience across multiple business functions or equivalent.
• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio is a must.
• Five or more years of experience in digital projects, with exposure to multiple platforms and technologies is required.
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence and advanced model development is necessary.
• Experience in industrial, gas, and engineering—especially high‑intensity manufacturing and operational environments—is advantageous.
• Strong project management skills, including defining deliverables, managing timelines, and supporting agile delivery within a Scrum environment, are essential.
