Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving enterprise revenue growth by developing new business and expanding key accounts through value-added, solution-led sales across Seagate, Ubiquiti, QNAP, Micron, Solidigm, Kingston, Supermicro and various other enterprise vendors. Engage with customers and partners to design and deliver end-to-end IT solutions, manage complex projects, and build a strong enterprise partner ecosystem while positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute enterprise focused sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key vendor portfolios
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise business opportunities, while expanding share within existing strategic accounts
  • Engage directly with C-level, IT decision-makers, and solution architects to position end-to-end infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, networking)
  • Design and specify complete solutions by combining vendor technologies into commercially viable enterprise offerings
  • Lead and manage complex, multi-vendor projects end to end, working closely with partners, pre-sales engineers, and vendor teams
  • Build, enable and grow a high performing enterprise partner ecosystem, including VARs, system integrators, and MSPs
  • Drive value added distribution initiatives, including solution bundling, vertical market positioning, and solution consultations
  • Collaborate with vendor and internal product teams on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and bid/tender submissions
  • Proactively build pipeline and manage long sales cycles, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression
  • Conduct joint business planning with key partners and vendors to align on growth targets and go-to-market initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and technology shifts to refine sales approach and identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility, design validation, and successful deployment outcomes
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the lifecycle, including pre-sales engagement, implementation support, and post-sales follow-up
  • Represent the company at enterprise engagements, industry events, vendor briefings, and partner workshops
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • 5+ year’s experience in enterprise business development or solution sales within IT distribution or infrastructure environments
  • Proven ability to sell and position multi-vendor solutions (compute, storage, networking)
  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers, C-level stakeholders, and technical decision-makers
  • Strong track record in developing new business, managing long sales cycles, and closing complex deals

    Ability to design, scope, and present end-to-end solutions in collaboration with technical teams
  • Experience working with channel partners (VARs, SI’s, MSPs) and driving partner led growth
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and deal structuring capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written in English)
  • Highly results-driven with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
