IT Support Technician

We are looking for a practical and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining computer systems, assisting staff with technical issues, and ensuring that all IT equipment and networks function smoothly on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, problem‑solving focused, and able to respond quickly to technical issues in a busy office environment.

• Install, set up, and maintain computers, software, and network systems
• Provide daily technical support to staff
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems
• Perform system updates, basic maintenance, and security checks
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
• Keep IT documentation and records up to date
• Assist with system upgrades and IT‑related projects
• Ensure smooth operation of all office technology

• Previous experience in IT support or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong understanding of computers and operating systems
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Clear communication and a helpful attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle (required for travel when needed)
• Relevant IT qualification is an advantage

• Microsoft Windows and Office 365 experience
• Basic networking knowledge (Wi‑Fi, routers, LAN setups)
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or similar
• IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) will be beneficial
