Whatyou will be doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and revenue forecasts to achieve ambitious market expansion goals within the ICT and Cybersecurity landscapes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing existing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
- Identify and secure new enterprise‑level business opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase market share in managed services.
- Monitor emerging technology trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform service development and defensive sales strategies.
- Manage critical relationships with major corporate partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the technical Security Operations and Cloud Engineering teams to ensure sales offerings are technically sound and aligned with operational delivery capabilities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to the Executive Leadership team.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales or Sales Director) specifically within the IT Managed Services or Cybersecurity sectors.
- Demonstrable success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving significant growth in B2B technology environments.
- Ability to coach and build high‑performing teams capable of selling complex, technical Service‑Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with the ability to translate technical service benefits into commercial value propositions.
- Elite negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
