You’ll work closely with customers, helping them use Zoho and other business solutions to reach their goals.

• Assist with training, tutorials, and problem-solving to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure customer success.
• Learn to track accounts, spot challenges, and suggest smarter solutions.
• Continuously improve your skills through training, self-learning, and hands-on projects.

• Curious about technology and how businesses use it to grow.

• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to take initiative.
• Studying or qualified in Business, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or related fields. (Beneficial but not mandatory)

• You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area.
• You’ll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West daily so we are open to local candidates only!
• Schedule:
  
  8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
