Junior IT Support Technician

• Provide exceptional technical support:
  Assist our team with daily IT needs, including troubleshooting computer issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and providing software support.
• Maintain IT infrastructure:
  Help monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, network devices, and backups.
• Support Microsoft and Google Environments:
  Gain experience working with both Microsoft and Google Workspace environments, providing assistance to users on both platforms.
• Learn and grow:
  Expand your knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and network management while working alongside experienced professionals.
• Document and train:
  Contribute to maintaining up-to-date procedure documents and training materials.
• Collaborate effectively:
  Work closely with our team to ensure optimal uptime of our IT infrastructure and provide timely resolutions to support calls.

• Education:
  
  A degree or 3-year diploma in Information Technology, A+ and Network+ Certifications are a plus
• Experience:
  
  Ideally 2 to 3 years work experience with in an IT Technician role
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with Microsoft software, Google Workspace, and basic networking concepts.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Valid Driver’s License:
  Required for on-site repairs and support
