Location: Bochum
Position Overview
We are looking for a Major Incident Manager to be a pivotal engineering contributor, automating and enhancing the software development lifecycle. The role spans multiple global offices including Austin, Geneva, Bochum, and Singapore.
Responsibilities- Use and create automation tools to monitor and observe production infrastructure services on premises and in the cloud.
- Drive automation for incident response to reduce repetitive tasks and increase reliability.
- Manage change, infrastructure, system support, and configuration across environments.
- Collaborate across five global offices to deliver solutions and empower teammates.
- Act as an engineering contributor to tooling and services that enable faster, safer code delivery.
- Expertise in change management, infrastructure management, system support, and configuration management.
- Strong automation mindset and ability to design tools that reduce repetitive tasks.
