Key Responsibilities
Ensure IT systems and equipment are available to all users to perform their daily duties
Manage IT helpdesk and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA
Prevent recurring faults from occurring and set up desktops/laptops with all applications
Manage server and application availability to achieve 99.9% system accessibility
Perform proactive daily checks and routine maintenance to prevent downtime
Attend meetings with support and management teams to discuss requirements
Monitor and manage infrastructure and supplier performance
Handle escalations for unresolved IT failures
Share knowledge and develop team skills
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
