SAP Functional Consultant
long-term contract
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Core SAP (Mandatory)
- SAP S/4
HANA implementation experience Strong SAP functional expertise in: - EWM (critical)
- MM, PP
- Logistics Execution (LE-SHP)
- NJIT-Specific Capabilities
- Configuration and understanding of:
- JIT control cycles
- JIT/JIS call-offs
- Supply-to-Production / Supply-to-Customer flows
- Demand-driven (pull-based) production and automotive sequencing requirement Automotive sequencing requirements
- Technical Delivery &
Skills: - SAP Customizing (IMG configuration)
- Integration design (EWM / TM / MM)
- Basic debugging (advantageous)
- Agile / Dev Ops
- Incident & problem management
- Interface experience with SAP systems.
- Experience with in Automotive / manufacturing (highly preferred) Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
- SAP ABAP Debug Experience.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog and issue management.
- Experience supporting cross-country product activity (e.g., ZA, UK, MX, DE, CN) is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops product management.
- Experience improving agile processes and team dynamics through coaching and change support.
- German Language Skills (Speak, Read, Write)
- 8+ years of experience in IT or an IT degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
- Proven SAP S/4 Hana project implementation experience
- Strong NJIT/JIT exposure
