An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Systems Engineer to join a growing technology team in Ceres.
We're looking for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys working across servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical systems.
What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years' experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar technical role
- Strong Windows Server administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Group Policy
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V administration experience
- Understanding of SAN/NAS storage environments
- Strong networking knowledge including firewalls, routing, VLANs, VPNs, and switching
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Administrator
- VMware VCP
- MCSA / MCSE or equivalent
- Veeam or backup-related certifications
- Strong technical problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
- Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments
- Manage Microsoft server and cloud platforms
- Monitor system health, performance, and security
- Implement upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Maintain accurate technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
