Contract Duration:
Five (5) Years

Purpose

To provide strategic leadership and supervision in implementing the Ministry's Strategic Plan towards achieving national development priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following:

Master's Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, Information Technology or a related field; or
Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, Information Technology or a related field; or
Bachelor's Degree in Scientific and Technical Communication, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience

Master's Degree:
Five (5) years.
Postgraduate Diploma/Honours Degree:
Seven (7) years.
Bachelor's Degree:
Ten (10) years.

Experience in Public Service Management is an added advantage.
