What You'll Need
- 5+ years' experience in IT engineering/support
- Proven MSP or multi-client environment experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a root cause approach
- Ability to work independently at an L3 level
- Microsoft 365 & Azure (Entra , Intune, Conditional Access)
- Windows Server & cloud infrastructure
- Networking (Firewalls, VPNs, Routing, DNS)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- RMM platforms, monitoring & automation
- Power Shell scripting
- End-to-end technical project delivery
- Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications
- Connect Wise Manage or similar PSA experience
- Security hardening and documentation standards
