• Develop digital platforms (mobile apps, booking systems) to streamline guest interactions.

• Analyze guest feedback to optimize digital touchpoints and improve user experience.
• Implement data-driven strategies to enhance online booking conversions and customer retention.

• Proficiency in UX/UI design and hospitality software ecosystems.
• Experience with CRM platforms and guest analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Creativity in leveraging emerging technologies (AR/VR, IoT) for hospitality applications.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Digital Design, or related field. Advanced certifications in hospitality technology or digital innovation are advantageous.

3-5 years in hospitality or digital innovation roles, with a proven track record of implementing technology-driven solutions in service industries.
