- Active Directory
- Service Now Ticketing System
- Backup and Restore
- Cisco Switches and Networking
- CCTV
- Support Users onsite and remotely
- Configure, test and troubleshooting
- Update and create user manuals
- have an IT Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT you will be considered
